Bia née Bianca Landrau has released a video for “Hollywood” a visual that examines the dark side of fame seeking. In a video in which pill popping and plastic surgery abound, Bia sheds light on the pitfalls of an industry built on the dynamic of power versus youth. Adding a twist, the women in the visual are the ones in charge while the men are the ones doing the performing.
“I wanted to take some of that power back with a message in this visual by having fun reversing roles and showing how far people will really go to make it,” Bia told Complex.
“Hollywood” is included on her recently-dropped EP titled “Nice Girls Finish Last: Cuidado.”
