Burberry creative director Riccardo Tisci on Monday (September 17, 2018) showed his debut runway for the label during London Fashion Week. The collection was widely praised for its ability to blend the buttoned-up and proper roots of the label with Tisci’s equal parts elegant and street-inspired aesthetic. Of course it helps tremendously that the fashion community and the cool kids are predisposed to like all that is touched by Tisci, who combines the trifecta of talent, good looks and a nice personality.
Models mixed heavy-hitters like Kendall Jenner, Natalia Vodianova, Irina Shayk, Freja Beha Erichsen, Jourdan Dunn, Mariacarla Boscono, and Stella Tennant with up-and-coming beauties including Johanna Theresa, Klarice Hall, Anok Yai, Naomi Chin Wing, and Charlotte Rose Hansen.
