Queen Naija Celebrates Motherhood With ‘Mama’s Hand’ Video

October 19, 2018. Leave a Comment

Capital Records-signee Queen Naija née Queen Bull has released a video for “Mama’s Hand,” a heartfelt tribute that pays homage to her own son, CJ, and is an overall celebration of the bonds of motherhood. The single is included on her self-titled EP, which she released in July 2018.

Filmed in black and white, the visual shows Queen singing in a church backed by a gospel choir interspersed with images of her playing with her adorable son.

Currently based in Atlanta, Queen is expecting her second son with Clarence White, who started out as an Instagram crush and is now her live-in boyfriend. Queen’s fame is in part built on her YouTube channel where she documents her life story. Prior to White, Queen was married to Chris Sails, who’s the father of CJ. She divorced Sails after she caught him cheating on her on two different occasions.

Queen Naija will be performing at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on October 23rd for the Tidal benefit concert alongside Lauryn Hill, Anderson Paak, Meek Mill, Teyana Taylor, Lil Wayne and more.
