Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion has signed on to 300 Entertainment, a record label founded by Lyor Cohen, Roger Gold, Kevin Liles and Todd Moscowitz. Megan is the first female rapper signee, a deal that was inspired by “Tina Snow,” an EP she dropped to much acclaim in June 2018.
The excited Megan announced the news on Instagram, where she wrote, “Hotties!!!! I know y’all have been begging for this moment just as much as I’ve been waiting on. Many deals were presented to me but this just felt like the right move and now I’m officially signed THEE MF HOUSTON HOTTIE IS COMING TO SHUT SHIT DOWN thank you carl @1501_certified_ent and Farris @tfarrismoney for sticking with me❤️❤️ @300ent FIRST MF LADY.”
