Art Basel Miami’s ‘The Muses Experience’ Highlights Female Creativity

Warner Music Group (WMG) went all out during Art Basel Miami with “The Muses Experience,” a posh exhibit staged in the Seafair Mega Yacht on Saturday (December 8, 2018). The event showcased photography and art by seven female artists and included an evening sail around the Miami Marina. Organized by the Williams Marketing Group, the event included multiple open bars and a lineup of female DJs who added to the the pro-woman festive environment.

Artists included in the WMG exhibit the following:

Sarah Bahbah: A mixed-media artist who combines photography and tongue-in-cheek captions, which can be best described as artful memes.

Ashley Martelle: Boasts an impressive social media following, all built on the popularity of illustrations that play off on iconic cartoon characters like Jessica Rabbit.

Kaylin Garcia: Based in Florida and also a working actress, Garcia is known and loved for her bold and colorful, large-scale abstract paintings.

Tanaya Henry: Best known for her Lace by Tanaya jewelry label, Henry got behind the lens for a series of sexy portraits featuring Tiana Parker, music promoter Yes Julz plus designer Laina Rauma and her sister Katya Henry.

Rachel Wolfe-Goldsmith: Based in Oakland, California, Wolfe-Goldsmith is known for her striking, sensual paintings with an abstract twist.

Stephanie Bascone: An expressionist painter known for her large scale, vivid works of art.

Sukesha Ray: A multi-media artist/singer based in Palm Beach, Florida, Ray presented a cool array of three-dimensional art and paintings.
