Drake blesses Atlanta-based singer Summer Walker with a remix of “Girls Need Love,” a single from her “Last Day of Summer” EP, dropped in October 2018. Reflecting on the remix, Walker wrote on Instagram, “omg I can’t believe this is really happening! thank you so much @champagnepapi”
Walker will be starting her “Girls Need Love” tour on March 15, 2019 in Houston. Tickets are now available on summerwalkermusic.com/tour.
The remix marks Drake’s first new music in 2019 and follows Scorpian album in June 2018. At the same time, in mid-February Drake made his 2009 “So Far Gone” mixtape available on all streaming channels.
