Another “Old Town Road” remix has arrived. This time around, Lil Nas X connected with BTS member RM (real name Kim Nam-joon) for the cleverly titled “Seoul Town Road.”
The chart-topping “Old Town Road” went stratospheric when it received a surprise remix from Billy Ray Cyrus in April 2019; subsequently it was officially remixed by Diplo as well as Young Thug and Mason Ramsey. “Seoul Town Road” marks the fourth official remix, which Nas X promised would be the final one.
In other news, “Old Town Road” as of this week has tied the record for most weeks spent at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. At this rate, it’s looking extremely possible that the track will be able to cross the threshold into 17 weeks and break the all-time record for consecutive weeks spent at No. 1.
