Enduring Italian label United Colors of Benetton as led Jean-Charles de Castelbajac celebrated its relationship with color with a cheery collection presented as part of Milan Fashion Week.
The collection included a capsule of t-shirts featuring work by photographer Oliviero Toscani, famed for his oft-times controversial Benetton ad campaigns shot for the label from 1982-2000.
Commenting on the effort with Toscani, Castelbajac told V Magazine, “I wanted to create an exhibition in motion, to show even the younger crowd the revolutionary nature of Oliviero’s work, which is part of the brand’s heritage.”
Enjoy a look at the full runway show along with items featuring Toscani’s work.
