Jhené Aiko feels your stress and in the most soothing way possible encourages you to calm down and meditate with a single titled “Trigger Protection Mantra.” The song is an apropos follow up to “Triggered,” released earlier this year in May.
The accompanying video begins with stills of an ocean-side Aiko, but segues into a series of blue-themed geometric graphics.
Aiko explained each of “alchemy crystal singing bowls” notes she played in the new song and their impact on the human psyche. for relaxation purposes.
