Santa Ana, California-based B.B. Simon has upped the luxe levels of its famed Swarovski crystal belts with a capsule collection featuring dyed fur. The fur collection includes 10 different colors with coordinated Swarovski crystals.
Founded in 1987, as of late the label has been experiencing a comeback fueled in part by nostalgia for the early ’00s rap era when the brand was popularized by Harlem rappers. Recently, Lil Nas X as styled by Hodo Musa wore a B.B. Simon belt during his Grammy Award performance.
Offered in belt sizes ranging from 28-42, the fur belt is priced at $465 and is currently available to order at bbsimononoline.com. Each item is custom made with a delivery time of 10-15 days.
Today the label received a nod from Supreme whose spring 2020 collection includes a BB Simon belt.
