British pop star Dua Lipa drops “Physical,” a dance anthem whose title and sound is a call back to Olivia Newton John’s 1981 classic “Let’s Get Physical” single.
Directed and produced by Canada’s Lope Serrano and Nicolás Méndez, the visual makes the most of Lipa’s gorgeous visage, showing her and her back up dancing in a series of color-coded scenes, first red, then blue, purple and so on. In addition to the music, the visual does double time as a promotion for Pepe jeans, which are worn by Lipa and her dancers throughout.
“Physical” is the second single from her upcoming second album, Future Nostalgia, which launches on April 3, 2020. The single follows “Don’t Start Now,” the lead single from the album.
