From one Houston Hottie to another, Beyoncé has blessed Megan the Stallion with a remix of “Savage,” a single from her “Suga” EP.
Revealing she’s very much on top of all things pop culture related, in the song Bey sings/spits references to Tik Tok (where “Savage” first went viral), OnlyFans and Demon Time, a reference to a moving IG Live party featuring live strippers.
Celebrating the big moment on Instagram, Megan (real name Megan Pete) wrote on Instagram, “I’m literally crying 😭 being from HOUSTON MF TEXAS this shit means EVERYTHING to me !!!!”
While the single comes as a total surprise, it’s possible Beyoncé cooked up collaboration with Megan at the Carter’s family New Year’s Eve party where they were first spotted together.
According to Megan’s post, all proceeds from the sale of the single will be donated to Bread of Life, a Houston-based non profit.
