Los Angeles-based label Chrome Hearts and model Bella Hadid have announced plans to drop a total of 49 tops, all of which were hand customized by Hadid while she was staying on her family’s farm in Pennsylvania.
There are three silhouettes: a long-sleeve t-shirt, t-shirt and baby t-shirt. All of the tops are branded with Chrome Hearts logo and the letter B, written with the distinct gothic font the label is famous for.
According to Hadid, she came up with the concept around the time the pandemic hit U.S. shores. On Instagram she wrote, “Can’t believe this is finally happening… Had an idea 8 months ago and I can’t wait to share it with you….”
The effort is part of Chrome Hearts ongoing series of collaborations and campaigns with Hadid who first began working with the brand in 2017.
All proceeds from the sale of the t-shirts will be donated to Feeding America, a network of food banks working to end hunger in U.S. communities.
The label hasn’t provided pricing, but the collection will launch on chromehearts.com at 9:00 AM PST on November 14, 2020. T-shirts will be available for one day only.
