Atlanta-based LVRN aka Love Renaissance has released a fun holiday music compilation titled “Home for the Holidays.” The nine-track project includes three cute interludes by DJ Kitty Cash, with songs by by 6LACK, Shelley (formerly Dram), OMB Bloodbath, Young Rog, Westside Boogie and Summer Walker.
Alongside the project, LVRN has drop a visual for Walker’s rendition of “Santa Baby,” first performed by the legendary Eartha Kitt in 1953.
In an email exchange with Justice Baiden head of a&r for LVRN, he wrote, “This was a spur of the moment project. It dawned on us that we needed to bring smiles to people for the holidays. Even though the year was gloomy. Hopefully this makes us feel a bit closer to each other like making it did for our team.”
We also connected with Kitty Cash (real name Cachee Livingston), who commented, “I loved being apart of this because it was my first album with the LVRN family. I hope I was able to bring a little laughter and love into everyone’s homes and spirits for the holidays.”
