London-based Palace Skateboards celebrates enduring vocalist Whitney Houston with a capsule collection celebration her coming inauguration into the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame. As part of the effort, profits will be donated to whitneyhoustonfoundation.org.
The collection is comprised of a button-up coach’s jacket, crewneck, two t-shirts and a baseball cap. All of the items are offered in red, while the crewneck and t-shirt are also offered in black and white. The front of the tops are detailed with the legendary singer’s last name while the backs feature her first name.
Houston was inducted into Cleveland’s Hall of Fame on November 7, 2020, along with Eddie Van Halen, Nine Inch Nails, Notorious B.I.G. and T-Rex.
No pricing as of now, but all items in Palace and Whitney Houston’s capsule will launch at 11:00 AM GMT and EST online and in store on November 13, 2020. Because of COVID-19-related door closures in Europe, offerings will only be available online.
The collection will be sold online and in store in Japan at 11 AM JST and in China on WeChat at 11:00 AM CST on November 14th.
