Called the Yoga Mastery mat, the smooth side is embossed with a Swoosh in the corner while the flip side has a colorful speckled finish to provide a grippier surface Mindful of travel to and from studios, the 27- by 79-inch mat is designed to be light with a total weight of 3.5 pounds while still providing enough thickness (five millimeters) to provide cushioning for hands, elbows and knees.
