New York sneaker boutique fixture Extra Butter has linked up with Queens-native and graffiti artist icon Claudia “Claw Money” Gold on a pop-up shop at the store’s Long Island City location.

Collaborative offerings include a hoodie, t-shirt, sweatpants and a bucket hat as well as art, books, eyewear and vintage apparel, all informed by Claw’s distinctly New Yorkish lens. Claw also created a “Clawtini” cocktail for Extra Butter’s The Infamous lounge.

Notably, the wall outside the shop features a fresh Claw mural while the shop includes a display of Claw’s famed 2007 Nike Vandal and Blazer collab.

Commenting on the venture, Extra Butter CEO Ankur Amin commented, “There’s a reason she’s referred to as the First Lady of Graffiti, and I am excited that our team linked with her to bring her art during International Women’s Month to my home borough of Queens.”

Extra Butter and Claw Money’s pop-up will be open from March 19th through April 4th, 2021 at the boutique location at 22-03 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City. As part of the collaboration, Claw will guest bartend at The Infamous on March 25th for the debut of her Clawtini cocktail.
