After Long Hiatus Nicki Minaj Pops Back On Instagram, Rihanna Hits Follow

After a lengthy social media hiatus, Nicki Minaj (real name Onika Maraj) took to Instagram today where she posted two images of herself with one-word caption reading “Friday.” Minaj was last active on social media in January 2021 when she published an image of herself with her friend Blac Chyna.

While Minaj was naked in the image except for two strategically placed heart-shaped pillows, she was dripping in bling including a Rafaello and Co. diamond earrings and a new Richard Mille 07-02 watch. As styled by DiAndre Tristan, she also wore custom Loewe sunglasses. (Find additional style details via @onikaswardrobe.)

In a contrast from the diamond on her neck and wrists, she also wore a pare of hot pink Crocs Classic clogs, adorned not with the usual plastic Jibbetz but with crystal-covered Chanel jewelry.

Astute Barbz noted that not long after Minaj posted today on social media, Robyn Rihanna Fenty stepped up with a follow. Minaj returned with the favor with a follow back. While the two Caribbean music creatives once followed each other on Instagram and Rihanna was featured on Minaj’s Pink Friday single “Fly,” the Bajan Boss unfollowed her for mysterious reason in March 2017.

Minaj last dropped music in 2020, a single with Nigerian singer Davido (real name David Adeleke) titled “Holy Ground.” While she’s been quiet musically, she been busy personally. She married Kenneth Petty in October 2019 and the following year in September, they had their first child, a baby boy, whose name hasn’t name hasn’t been announced.

While playful in its themes, this collection isn't reminiscent of fruity or sweet scents; instead, its floral-themed packaging exudes sophistication and cosmopolitan vibes. Our top picks are 'She Said That', 'Whispers' and Love&War.

Currently, Rumors is not globally available yet, It's a brand to keep an eye on!

Announcing the news on X, Sasso wrote, "It is done. What happened to MeccaUSA? What happened to AlphaNumeric? What happened to PNB? What happened to 10.Deep? The particulars of the stories are different, but all had 'partnerships' with the same company, and the results ended up being the same.

"Today my ties to 10.Deep were severed once and for all. Big bank, takes little bank. But with what goal? I'm not sure of the answer to that question is. I think of what I've seen with the other brands that share the a similar history."
