Images have begun to surface of a Nike Blazer low sneaker made in collaboration with Japanese designer Sacai and KAWS (real name Brian Donnelly), a Brooklyn based artist. Preview images reveal a shoe in either a bright blue or burgundy colorway.

The shoe features a leather upper and a rubber outsole. The shoe’s Swooshes, lace guards, outsole and heel make use of doubled-up material story, which has become a signature of Sacai’s shoe designs. Meanwhile KAWS signature double-X eyes are employed on the front part of the shoe’s outsole.

In June 2021, Sacai as lead by Chitose Abe released its debut version of Nike’s Blazer Low in two colorways, grey/green and white/orange priced at $120 each. While the resale on the shoes hasn’t been underwhelming, introducing KAWS into the equation is sure to raise the value of the upcoming collaboration.

As of now, Nike hasn’t provided official timing for the Sacai and KAWS shoe.
