Billionaire Girls Club has linked with COVL as directed by D’ana Nuñez on a capsule of classic streetwear silhouettes featuring her signature bubble font and wav flower motifs. Titled “These Dreams,” offerings are comprised of a coach’s jacket, matching hoodie and sweat-shorts, a crewneck and two t-shirts.
The sorbet-hued collection is highlighted by the hoodie, screened with a phrase reflecting COVL’s path as an artist: “Cuando puedas cuanto seas,” which translates to, “When you can, when you are able, take up space in this world.”
Primarily a digital artist and illustrator, the Miami-born Nuñez launched COVL in 2015. In addition to several gallery shows, she’s worked on projects with Nike, Instagram, Coachella and Google to name a few.
Priced from $60-$175, Billionaire Girls Club and COVL’s capsule will launch at 12:00 PM EST on August 21, 2021 on on bbcicecream.com and at BBC ICE CREAM stores.
