Bajan Billionaire Robyn Rihanna Fenty was spotted on Wednesday (October 6, 2021) headed into San Vincente Bungalows, a private club in West Hollywood. Known for a carefully curated list of creative VIPs, guest are attracted to the spot not only because of its exclusivity but also its no cell phones or photos policy.
According to Page Six, Rihanna was there to meet John Mayer for a dinner date. While both were photographed entering (or leaving) the establishment, naturally, given the rules, there wasn’t as much as a blurrily-shot creep shot of either Rihanna or Mayer inside the club, much less one of them sharing a table. Mayer is known to be a frequent visitor, so much so he was cited in a NY Times profile on the club in 2019.
After the story was reported, multiple fan pages posted the paparazzi images of Rihanna entering the the club looking very Bohemia fly in a cropped top with an oversized cable-knit Celine cardigan paired with ripped Gucci jeans and barely there Amina Muaddi sandals (white toe polish of course!), along with the news she was there for a meet up with Mayer.
Clearly not thrilled by the reporting, Rihanna pushed back with a comment on the Instagram feed of @phuckyorihanna_, a popular fan account. Responding to a caption reading “Dining with John Mayer at The San Vicente Bungalows in West Hollywood,” she wrote, “This caption is sending me. Tf?”
The account went on to publish a DM exchange with Rihanna in which the owner of the account apologized for the mistake. Choosing a predictably laid back approach, Rihanna responded, “Lolol! Don’t worry! Small shit”
