September was a jam packed fashion and music month with the return of the Met Gala and MTV‘s Video Music Awards along with New York Fashion Week. Not surprisingly, all of the lights at the gala were trained on Bajan billionaire, Robyn Rihanna Fenty, who had a couple coming out moment with her beau A$AP Rocky (real name Rakim Meyers).
Meanwhile Doja Cat (real name Amala Dlamini) was widely praised as the host of MTV’s event for her performance as well as her array of unique costumes, which perfectly suited her quirky personality. She topped off the night with a Best Collaboration Moon Person for her song “Kiss Me More” featuring SZA (real name Solána Rowe).
