Nike dips into the very of-the-moment trend of creating sneaker-inspired corset tops with the reveal of Dri-FIT Swoosh Air Force 1 sports whose lacing and construction takes inspiration from the classic sneaker it’s named after. Made of 75 percent recycled polyester fibers, the bra features a shoe lace detailed with a dubre. The bra also includes a hidden pocket capable of fitting a card and keys.
Designed by Bruce Kilgore, the Nike Air Force 1 made its debut in 1982. It was discontinued in 1984 and reintroduced in 1986. The low top version of the Air Force 1 has become a sneaker staple in cities throughout the United States and is especially love in Manhattan’s Harlem neighborhood where the silhouette is affectionately referred to as Uptowns.
Priced at $80 and available in sizes XS-XL, Nike Dri-Fit Swoosh Air Force One bra is now available on nike.com.
