As promised, Jerry Lorenzo has revealed his first Fear of God Athletics item, a faded fluorescent yellow hoodie and crewneck shown at the Innersect 2022 in Shanghai.
Curated by Lorenzo, Innersect described the effort as an Adidas and Fear of God partnership which will “drive the creative and business strategy for adidas basketball globally.”
The label will focus on performance basketball and active lifestyle products “that complete Fear of God’s triune nature and compliments the brand’s other two pillars, Essentials and Fear of God’s luxury mainline. Together the partnership will celebrate collaboration, creativity, and legacy in sport.”
While timing hasn’t been provided, given Fear of God Athletics’ debut at Innersect, a retail launch will probably take place within the next month or two.
