Summer Walker has updated her single “No Love” with a remix featuring the addition of Cardi B. The single was originally released on Walker’s Still Over It album, release in November 2021.
The song stakes out a new vocal approach for Cardi, who dipped into her r&b bag for the song. Commenting on her feature, Cardi wrote on Instagram, “Ommmmmggg I’m soooo excited and nervous!!! I have never sounded the way I do on this record 😆but I love it ! Hope you guys love it too.”
The song was dropped with a visual featuring Walker, Summer and SZA, who was featured on the original version of the single. The visual was directed by Toronto-born Lacey Duke who is known for her dreamy aesthetic. Duke has created visuals for Janelle Monáe, SZA, Bryson Tiller and H.E.R. among others.
