Kehlani has released a new album titled blue water road. The new project includes 13 new songs and features Thundercat, Syd, Justin Bieber, Jessie Reyez, Ambre, and Blxst.
Their latest album comes just two years after their 2020 release It Was Good Until It Wasn’t. Weighing in on on the meaning of the album, Kehlani [Parrish] explained, “blue water road is a destination in my mind. I’m giving everyone access. It’s an emotional journey, a sexual journey, and a spiritual journey. To me, the album is like a glass house. It’s light, transparent, and the sun is shining right through it.”
As part of the album drop, Kehlani has also announced multiple in-store signings for fans. The singer will be touching down in Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Georgia, and Chicago, all throughout this week and next to spread the word of the new release.
