London-based Shrimps by Hannah Weiland hs teamed up with cycling brand Rapha on their first collaborative collection. Comprising of nine-pieces, offerings range from a coach’s jacket with cinchable arms, to a ponytail band with a detachable white bow. Inspired by Italian vineyards, the colour palette combines cornstarch blue, neon green alongside a camel brown gingham and a print depicting clusters of grapes.
Experimental and wearable, the pieces blend high-performance and ready to wear, blurring the lines between fashion and cycling.
“The inspiration came from a wine tasting cycling tour I went on through the Tuscan vineyards a few years ago,” said Weiland. “Combining cycling with indulgence is what first appealed to me. Stopping off for a glass of wine or a scoop of ice cream whilst taking in the Italian countryside, all in your Shrimps and Rapha gear.”
