Cynthia Lu‘s Cactus Plant Flea Market has teamed up with California-based, upscale supermarket Erewhon Market on a fruit-filled, rainbow-colored smoothie. The smoothie features a blend of organic ingredients, including banana, yuzu lemon, matcha cream, blue spirulina, coconut, strawberry, mango, orange, sea moss, chlorophyll, oat milk, and more, all of which are blended to create a rainbow effect.
All 20-ounce smoothies purchased at the store’s Tonic Bar will be poured into a “Erewhon Smoooothie” cup featuring a hand-drawn font designed by Lu, available while supplies last. A portion of proceeds will go towards Maui fire relief efforts.
Priced at $22, the smoothie will launch at all of the supermarket’s 10 doors on August 24, 2023. Alongside the drink, Cactus Plant Flea Market and Erewhon Market have partnered on an apparel collaboration launching the same day at 9:00 AM PST on cpfmerewhon.com.
