Adidas Originals has paired with Los Angeles-based Alexia Elkaim‘s Miaou on a Taekwondo sneaker collaboration. First launched by Adidas in the early 2000s, the sleek Taekwondo was relaunched earlier this year in response to growing demand for low-profile silhouettes.
For her version of the sleek silhouette, Elkaim took inspiration from French soccer legend Zinedine Zidane who was known for his gold Predator Absolute cleats, famously worn during his farewell game at the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
Adidas Originals and Miaou’s Taekwondo sneaker is exclusively available for members on the brand’s Confirmed app. Members must have 100 points to participate in the draw, which will take place on September 24, 2024.
