French artist Fafi, renowned for her playful and feminine “Fafinette” characters, brings her distinctive flair to Bearbrick, the iconic bear-shaped collectible by Japanese company Medicom Toy. Fafi’s characters, often quirky and unapologetically bold, perfectly complement Bearbrick’s appeal, in a candy-like colorway of pink, purple and red.
Fafi’s influence in street art is marked by vibrant, empowering characters with a hint of sass, aligns seamlessly with Bearbrick’s reputation for featuring celebrated artists and brands. Fafi will be signing her Bearbrick the Medicom booth on Sunday, November 17th. Alongside her Bearbrick collaboration, Fafi will also debut her new designer toy, “Violette.”
