Eckhaus Latta has revealed a collaboration with UGG for fall 2019 comprised of footwear and shearling outerwear. As led by Mike Eckhaus and Zoe Latta, the label’s effor with UGG was shown on Friday (February 9, 2019 during New York Fashion.
Footwear offerings are highlighted by an open and closed-toe sheepskin mule with an extended tongue, a silhouette sourced on Ebay where Eckhaus discovered an UGG mule from a 2007 collection. In addition to the mule, the collection includes an UGG Classic boot, all of which feature a square toe, a signature for the label.
UGG as of late has been collaborating with brands with edge (Y/Project, BAPE) an effort that’s enabled the brand to not only win some cool points, but also revive sales.
The UGG x Eckhause Latta footwear is priced from $295-$525. Outerwear starts at $295. Look for offerings to begin hitting retail in September. Items will be sold at eckhauslatta.com and the label’s two stores: 3311 West Washington Boulevard in Los Angeles and 75 East Broadway, unit 206 in Manhattan.
