New York’s own Princess Nokia (real name Destiny Frasqueri) has dropped a live version of her single “Sugar Honey Ice Tea ( S.H.I.T). Nokia performed at Vevo’s New York headquarters as part of an ongoing celebration of the video company’s 10th-year anniversary.
Sporting a silver halo and dressed in white, Nokia begins the song with a spoken word interpretation of the Serenity Prayer and smoothly flips into a hard-hitting flow as backed by a single trumpet player and three backing vocalists
