Tyler the Creator‘s Golf Le Fleur‘s brand has partnered with Ohio-based creamery Jeni’s Ice Cream as lead by Jeni Britton Bauer on a new raspberry and orange flavor called Pluto Bleu.
According to press describing the flavor, it’s “more a feeling than an actual flavor, really. Think of a blue raspberry slushie except fruitier, less sweet, more tart, actually refreshing. Then imagine an orange push-pop that’s been working out, the orange flavor is stronger with a deeper citrusy pop. Now, picture the two swirled together, and you drinking them out of a pineapple, in the shade, under a palm tree.”
The ice cream itself is described as electric orange with a bolt of blue and it’s packaged in a color-coordinated container whose cover features a silhouette of Golf Le Fleur’s signature flower.
This marks the second time Tyler (real name Tyler Okonma) has partnered with Jeni’s Ice Cream. Last year they made a flavor called Snowflake, yummy a blend of mint, white chocolate, and sea salt.
Priced at $12 for a pint, Tyler and Jeni’s ice cream flavor is now available on jenis.com and will launch at Jeni’s Ice Cream physical stores on September 21, 2020.
