Among the first to wear Amina Muaddi‘s distinctly delicate sandals, Rihanna translated her love of the label into a Fenty collab with the Jordanian designer that launched just prior to the brand shuttering.
Returning some of the love that’s helped catapult the label into an evening wardrobe must-have, Amina Muaddi has announced a silhouette simply named “Robyn,” which as all fans know is Rihanna’s actual first name.
Featuring the label’s distinct champagne glass heel, the shoe features three clear straps along the upper detailed with crystal-covered buckles plus two ankle straps also detailed with crystal buckles. The shoe completely exposes the foot making it a perfect match for Rihanna’s famously perfect feet.
Prior to the “Robyn” shoe, Muaddi collaborated with A$AP Rocky‘s AWGE label, and several shoes were inspired either by Rakim Mayers or people in his circle. One of the collaborative shoe’s made use of Rocky’s moniker “Flacko,” while she dubbed another sandal “Matthew,” presumably named after Rocky’s stylist Matthew Henson.
As of yet, the label hasn’t provided timing for the “Robyn” sandal.
