July 20, 2021 update: According to @zSneakerheadz, Billie Eilish’s upcoming Air Jordan 1 KO sneaker in Ghost Green will launch on September 9, 2021.
June 14, 2021 update: The rumors are true. Additional images have been revealed of an Air Jordan 1 KO (style code: DN2857-330) detailed with Billie Eilish’s name on the insole and her Blohsh motif on the tongue. The shoe is distinguished by a volt upper and outsole colorway.
While the KO silhouette is normally offered in canvas, Eilish’s version of the shoe appears to feature a leather upper. However, Eilish is a vegan so it’s likely the upper makes use of a synthetic leather. Given her Earth Day campaign with Nike earlier this year, it wouldn’t be surprising if the shoe also makes use of a recycled material.
As of now, there’s no information available on pricing or when the shoe will drop.

Rumors of a possible Air Jordan and Billie Eilish are flying thanks to a mysterious image via Sole Retriever showing a cardboard-colored notebook printed with Billie Eilish, Nike and the Jumpman logo. The 20-year-old music creative is known for her love of sneakers and was featured in a July 2018 interview conducted by Jordan as a well as more recent exchange with Nike that took place this year on Earth Day.
Given Eilish has worked with Nike on two different campaigns, it wouldn’t be surprising if the notebook is simply a souvenir of their time spent together. At the same time, Eilish has been associated with the brand since 2018 so a collaboration wouldn’t be surprising, especially given Nike’s focus on growing sales among women.
When asked by Jordan in 2018 about her first pair of kicks, Eilish explained, “I remember going to a thrift shop with my mom once. When we walked in, I ran across the floor to a bunch of shoes, where I found some Jordan 4s. I picked them up and asked my mom to buy them for me. They were super old and beat up.”
Following the Jordan campaign, Eilish visited “Complex Sneaker Shopping” and hinted at a collab with Jordan and artist Takashi Murakami. When asked about the rumor, Eilish stated, “Like Takashi Murakami, what? It’s insane to think about it because I mean, like I said, I grew up not able to afford it and now I’m working with the people who created it.”
More recently, Eilish took part in a Nike sponsored Earth Day exchange with Dr. Ayana Elizabeth Johnson on finding solutions to combat climate change.
