A$AP Rocky is having a busy summer! Recently announced as California-based PacSun‘s first guest artistic director, the Harlem-born creative today dropped a campaign to announce the chain’s exclusive collaboration with Vans and Russell Athletic.
Notably, the visual for the track includes a snippet from a new song by Rocky (real name Rakim Meyers). While the Harlem-born rapper wrote lyrics from the song in his Instagram caption, he didn’t say whether it would be included on his upcoming album, All Smiles.
The Vans sneaker in Rocky’s debut collection is an Old Skool silhouette featuring a canvas and suede upper detailed with flame overlays on the upper and the outsole. The shoe’s tongue is co-branded with Vans and A$AP Worldwide. Meanwhile, the Russell Athletic apparel capsule includes oversized hoodies, shirts, joggers and shorts making use of a skull graphic, offered in an array of colors.
Priced for $100-$110 for the Vans Old Skool sneaker and $40-$80 for the Russell Athletics gear, both are now available on pacsun.com.
