New York-based Coach under the creative direction of Stuart Vevers has teamed up with New Yok graffiti duo Mint & Serf. Applied to Coach’s fall 2022 shearling coats, bags and boots, the graphics are described in press as “capturing the essence of vandalism.”
Mint & Serf are Russian-born Mikhail Sokovikov and Brooklyn-born Jason Aaron Wall, The two met in 1997 and started using the streets of New York as their canvas. In 2003, a corporate project opened the door for them to partner with brands and other business entities. Since then, they’ve collaborated with Ace Hotel, Marc Jacobs, SoHo House and the New York Yankees.
