New Jerseyite 070 Shake has released a new single, titled “Stranger,” a stand-alone single that touches on themes of alienation. Produced by frequent Shake collaborator The Kompetition, the song makes the most of Shake’s deeply soulful vocals.
On Instagram, Shake pointed out the single will not be included on her upcoming, debut album, titled Yellow Girl.
The album initially was announced by Shake’s manager, YesJulz, as releasing in January 2017, but as music projects often are it’s been moved out with no definitive release date as of now.
While it hasn’t been confirmed officially, 070 is widely believed to be signed to G.O.O.D Music records.
