Shoe and boot company Palladium has linked with the Smiley Company (which owns the trademark for the smiley face) to create a collection of boots perfect for the coming festival season. Marking Palladium’s 70th anniversary and Smiley’s 45th, the boot’s ankle features both brands’ logo.
Unisex-sized, the shoes come in yellow or black, along with an ankle-pack camo bag that can be used to carry festival day go-to items.
Speaking about the collaboration, Smiley CEO Nicolas Loufrani said, “I believe this collaboration ticks all the boxes; authentic, commercial and cool, which is just the types of projects that we are using to leverage our 45th anniversary to ensure our partners sell more products. I personally love this partnership as it brings together two brands deeply rooted in music, music festivals and 90s pop culture and showcases the influence we have had on the grunge and rave scenes for nearly three decades.”
Priced at $115, both styles will be available on palladiumboots.com, starting June 2017.
