Given the Triple S is the shoe du jour among stylish celebs, it might not seem like that big of a deal, but if you watch Rihanna’s sartorial choices closely, it actually is.
In the years before she signed a deal with Puma, she was known for her love of sneakers and was often the first to be spotted in the game’s most coveted pairs. Nike and Riccardo Tisci‘s first collaborative shoe together? Rihanna was spotted in them first. However, once she signed her deal with Puma, she wore the German sports company’s sneakers exclusively.
Now that her partnership with Puma has drawn to a close, her wearing a pair of Triple S kicks indicates she’s baaaaack and ready to reclaim her title as kicks queen. Absolutely we couldn’t be more here for it.
