Prada is selling the inflatable stool it used for seating during its spring 2019 runway presentation in Milan. The clear, square-shaped piece is a re-edition of an item designed in the ’60s by Danish designer Verner Panton. Prada’s version of the stool was made by Verpan, a licensed producer of Verner Panton designs.
According to press, the stool is “light and transparent, it allows great mobility, flexibility and creativity in design and adapts to suit different circumstances and spaces.”
Priced at $850, the Prada x Panto inflatable stool is available for pre-order at prada.com.
