While the mighty yellow boot has functioned as the wave upon which Timberland has ridden its recent return to glory, beneath the surface the brand under the new ownership of VF Corp. has much more going on, including expanded women’s offerings whose emphasis combines quality construction with designs that put a feminine (yet still sporty) spin on heritage looks. We spotted these wedge boots from the Autumn 2015 collection at Capsule Show New York and loved the brand’s reference to outdoor boots with d-ring style eyelets. The pair featuring the plaid panel is the product of a collaboration with Pendleton. Look for these to drop in July or August on Timberland.com.
