You thought you heard the last of it but it’s not over just quite yet. Two weeks after attending a party in a Beverly Hills hotel that spun wildly out of control, Azealia Banks in an interview with Access Hollywood again spoke out about what went down between herself and Australian actor Russell Crowe.
In a tearful interview, Banks once again alleged she was spit on by Australian actor Russell Crowe. Banks said the climate of the party changed when she challenged Crowe’s relevancy. She added that after a tense conversation between her and a female guest, Crowe picked her up, threw her out of the room and spit on her. Bank claimed RZA watched it all go down and afterwards told her to keep her mouth shut about what happened.
She added it was ridiculous for people to say she was seeking attention because the whole experience was humiliating. Banks became especially emotional when discussing the lack of footage documenting the scene, explaining that when she went to the hotel to ask about camera footage of the event, she was told there were no cameras in the hallway. The hotel told Access Hollywood, “We cannot provide you with any information or comment.”
