Check out the smooth vocal stylings of r&b singer and New Jersey-ite Lauriana Mae on her Wu-Tang-inspired single “Protect Ya Neck” featuring the one and only Raekwon, who was among the vocal contributors on the original single, first released in 1992. Shot in black and white, the video skillfully plays up the song’s cautionary lyrics over beautifully stark suburban scenery.
The single will be included on Mae’s upcoming EP, titled “Can’t Go Back,” produced by Jack Splash.
