Young M.A. Performs On Wendy, Says She & Tory Brixx Are Getting To Know Each Other

November 20, 2016. Leave a Comment

In between demanding concert goers take their phones out and following at her next event with an apology, Brooklyn rapper Young M.A. performed her big single “OOOUUU”on The Wendy Williams Show. Wearing a Louis Vuitton scarf draped around her hoodie, she took the stage with her hype woman, Keys, and was well received by Williams’ audience, a more mature crowd who still knew the lyrics to her most famous line “You call her Stephanie? I call her Headphanie!”

After the performance, Williams conducted a quick interview with the rapper and called for a “shoe cam,” revealing both were wearing hard-to-obtain pairs of Jordan 11 kicks, with Young M.A. in a fresh pair of Jordan x OVO 11 and Williams sporting the recent grey suede 11 launch (which, you know her husband hooked her up with those!)

The two discussed well worn territory, including people first thinking she was a man based on the sound of her vocals and her decision to not take the role of a young rapper on the series Empire. Checking up on the rumors that Young M.A. is dating, Williams asked her if she and online personality Tory Brixx are an item. “We’re definitely getting to know each other,” responded Young M.A.
