After taking subliminal jabs at each other with the most recent shot taken by Nicki Minaj in her contribution to Gucci Mane’s single “Make Love,” Remy Ma has stepped up to the plate with both guns firing, and released “ShETHER,” a title that references the single’s use of the beat from Nas’s “Ether,” a song that is legendary for it methodical take down of Jay-Z.
In the rap, Remy fires shots at Minaj for plastic surgery, ghostwriting and lying about the number of men she’s slept with and even dismisses her “What’s good?” attack of Miley Cyrus at MTV’s Video Music Awards.
She also makes fun of Minaj’s claims she’s a bigger artist, pointing out her business set up as poor. Leaving no stone unturned, Remy attacked Minaj for bailing out her brother, who is set to go on trial for raping a child.
Thus far, Minaj has fired back with an Instagram post detailing poor sales of Remy’s recently-released album, Plato O Plomo. She also got into it with Trey Songz on Twitter, but deleted the tweets and not long after, the Instagram post.
