Sony-signed U.K. rapper Lady Leshurr aka Malesha O-Garro has released “Mode,” an EP highlighted by the sharp flow and clever pop culture commentary that makes Leshurr stand out among her peers. Commenting on the release, Leshurr wrote on Instagram, “I want to thank every single #shurrporter who has been by my side through the ups and downs and patiently waited for new music. It’s finally here. I really do hope you enjoy it.”
In conjunction with the EP, Leshurr also dropped the video for “Juice,” the second single from the album. In the fun, dance and youth-filled video, Leshurr reasserts her top dog status, letting the world that she possesses the juice.
Leshurr in 2017 is very much back on her game, after taking some time off last year to decompress and rethink how she wanted to go forward creatively. Throughout February and March she was touring, including a stop opening for Migos and Lil Wayne.
