As part of its store opening at 8241 Melrose Place in Los Angeles, French luxury label Balmain has partnered with Beats by Dre on two Balmain Beats headphones custom designed to celebrate the new location, which opened its doors on July 14, 2017.
Offered in “Safari” and “Khaki,” Balmain Beats are offered in both an over-ear style and an ear bud version. No word on pricing though it’s a good bet the cost will be quite a bit higher than a typical pair of Beats.
The campaign is fronted by Kylie Jenner, who, along with her sisters, has a longtime association with the label. Head designer Olivier Rousteing has dressed the family on multiple occasions and was in attendance at Kim Kardashian‘s wedding to Kanye West in May 2014. As well, Kardashian and West were featured in Balmain’s 2016 ad campaign.
The Balmain Beats headphones is now available a balmain.com as well as Balmain locations in New York and Los Angeles.
