The last time Paper magazine had a “break the internet” issue was back in 2014 when a greased up Kim Kardashian graced the cover. Nicki Minaj inspired the magazine to bring the concept back for its winter 2017 cover featuring a “minaj à trois” set of images shot by Ellen von Unwerth.
On the cover, the version of Minaj on her knees is wearing a bodysuit by A.F. Vandevorst and Pleaser boots, in the center image she’s dressed in panties by Baroness plus those famed Swarovski crystal boots by Saint Laurent, on the right she’s wearing a dress by Nene L.A. Shiro.
Thus far the magazine is only giving up the eye-popping cover issue (described by one fan as “Nicki’s competition), but additional shots will be released on November 15, 2017.
