Music creative Pharrell has provided the best look to date at his upcoming Chanel collab. Shot for a GQ France editorial, Pharrell is photographed in his signature, high-water khakis (vintage Dickies) paired with a a white, top, red sunglasses and white canvas sneakers, all of which feature a “Chanel Pharrell script logo. The editorial also previews a Kelly green beach tote.
In an exchange that took place during New York Fashion Week, Pharrell discussed the need for more input from women. He explained, “For me, true masculinity is recognizing the energy of others and respecting it as much as one’s own. To know how to preserve this equality is a great responsibility and implies that we know each other well. Our species has allowed men to rule women, whereas we should form one and the same energy. The repercussions of all this are toxic, we live in an unbalanced world but the women have decided to get up. It’s their moment. And everyone has to clean up. “
As for timing and pricing of the Chanel collabo, that info hasn’t been provided as of yet. We will update when timing goes live.
